This 3-star hotel has the exceptional feature of being as close to gay Bangkok institution DJ Station as it is physically possible to get. Located next to the entrance of Soi 2, it’s under a minute from the door of the hotel to the door of the club, and under five minutes to just about any other major gay bar or club in the area. The downside, of course, is that the sounds of gay Silom nightlife may be audible from your room – although this isn’t likely to be a problem if you’re one of the party boys downstairs.
Although the location is the main draw, the hotel also happens to be extremely comfortable, agreeable, and reasonably priced. The rooms are tasteful and clean, the breakfast generous and filling, and the transport links to both BTS and MRT lines excellent. There is a wide range of dining options in the surrounding area, from delicious street food to classy upscale restaurants.
