♥ Great quayside location for enjoying Singapore’s nightlife
♥ Excellent pool and gym

Location

The Quays area of Singapore is where the city’s best nightlife happens, so stay here if you want to explore glitzy bars and trendy restaurants. The Quays is not, however, where the gay nightlife is – for that, you can walk 20 minutes to the Chinatown gayborhood (or, if you want to beat the heat, it’s 10 minutes by taxi). The closest MRT station is Clarke Quay, about 15 minutes away, but there are plenty of bus stops nearby as well. Several attractions, including the Gardens by the Bay, the Asian Civilizations Museum, and Orchard Road, can be reached by taxi or public transport within just 15 minutes.

Style & Design

The style is classic, elegant, and understated. Clean, modern lines meet lush materials like glass, polished wood, and leather, all in neutral tones. Despite being on the smaller side (as is common in Singapore), all the rooms are perfectly designed for optimum comfort. The overall feel is upscale business, but it’s comfortable and cozy enough to be perfect for all types of travelers.

Facilities

The hotel features a large outdoor pool surrounded by lush greenery, as well as a well-equipped fitness suite. For dinner, you can choose between Publico Ristorante for authentic Italian food, Wolfgang Steakhouse for classic New York-style beef, Ishi for elegant Japanese dining, or Marcello for a more relaxed atmosphere. The Quayside Lounge is a particularly pleasant spot for a drink, with a bright, airy layout.

Rooms

In a city where space is at a premium, you can expect compact rooms, although you can always go bigger with a Deluxe Studio, Executive Room, or a Suite. All the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with skyline views of Singapore, Bose sound systems, and Nespresso machines, as well as some of the comfiest beds in the city. Executive Rooms and Suites come with Club Intercontinental privileges, which include access to the exclusive lounge for complimentary afternoon tea and drinks. If you’re really looking to splash out, the Penthouse Suite is one of Singapore’s most exclusive residences, including a walk-in wardrobe and dining area.
