This was easily one of our favorite stays. The staff here don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. We celebrated Manu’s birthday here, and the team went above and beyond with a personalized cake and a private table right on the beach. The villa itself was gorgeous—think private pools and outdoor bathtubs. Pro-tip: If it starts to rain during your spa session, just lean into it; the sound of the rain on the roof took our massage to a whole new level of zen.

From the moment we arrived and were gifted welcome bracelets, Garrya Tongsai Bay delivered an unforgettable experience. Room 215 features a spacious layout with an outdoor bathtub and sunbed. Dining is a major highlight, from flavorful wagyu wraps at Fish Tales by the beach to the beachfront buffet featuring a spectacular fire show and live music. The 8 Element Spa onsen soak was a perfect detox. The resort grounds are steep, meaning it is a bit of a walk to get up to the room, but the panoramic ocean views at the top make every step entirely worth it.

This hotel is absolute paradise, and I have honestly never been in a hotel better than this. The rooms are an absolute dream, and the staff were impeccable and always available to help. The restaurants serve crazy good food, and there are so many activities offered to keep you engaged throughout your island escape.
