BJ’s White Swan fills a much-needed niche for a fun, unpretentious gay club in the East End of London. The location in Limehouse is a little out of the way, but you can combine it with The Old Ship nearby for a relaxed night out - be warned, many people claim that it’s become much more of a straight bar in the past few years. Weekly comedy, cabaret, drag, dancing, amateur strip shows, karaoke, plus DJs on the weekends (£5 entry after 10:30).
