One mile south of the gay strip in Palm Springs is the gay-men-only resort Desert Paradise Hotel. This clothing-optional resort has a heated saltwater pool and hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, and an outdoor massage area.

El Mirasol has been a gay-men-only resort since 1975. It’s one mile south of the gay strip of Palm Springs. The outdoor area has two clothing-optional heated saltwater pools, a jacuzzi, and a steam room.

The Hacienda At Warm Sands is a 5-star luxury gay resort 1 mile south of the gay strip. Facilities include two large swimming pools and an in-ground spa; the suites are located by the pools and have full kitchens and bars.

Triangle Inn is just over a mile south of the gay strip in Palm Springs; it’s a clothing-optional gay men’s resort operated by gay couple Stephen and Michael. It’s an intimate resort with only nine rooms, a pool, and a jacuzzi.

Vista Grande Resort is an exclusive gay men-only resort located just under a mile south of the gay strip. It has over one acre of gardens, yet there are only 31 rooms, making it very boutique-style.

Vista Grande Resort is a place where all your inhibitions get left at the door. Clothing is optional, and there are three pools, a bathing lagoon, a steam room, and an 18-man hot tub.

Guests must be men over the age of 18. The rooms are non-smoking, but the resort has dedicated smoking areas.

The third gay-men-only property in the same group as Twin Palms and Descondo, Santiago Resort, is located on E San Lorenzo Rd, just over a mile from the gay strip.

Like its sister properties, the action happens by the heated outdoor pool, complete with a heated spa, poolside sunbeds, and a communal fire pit. Spend lunchtime by the pool and be served a complimentary lunch.

Andalusian Court is right on Arenas Rd; the gay strip begins 300 feet away on the same street. It’s a cozy boutique property with only two rooms and six bungalows.

Cathedral City is just south of Palm Springs and is the second gayborhood of the area. CCBC Resort Hotel is located on the aptly named Gay Resort Dr and is only 2 minutes away from the gay venues in Cathedral City.

CCBC resort is described as a fantasy playground; it’s a clothing-optional resort exclusively for gay men. There’s a pool, spa, and waterfall, and live entertainment is provided on certain days. International sex parties are held on various Saturdays; check the website for specifics.

Descanso Resort is a gay men-only property just off the highway as you head into the Palm Springs district. It’s only 1.5 miles north of the gay strip and 2 minutes drive from gay venue Toucan’s Tiki Lounge. It’s slightly secluded to allow for maximum privacy.

The rooms are on one of two levels, poolside or balcony. The heated saltwater pool is where you’ll want to spend most of your time. There’s a cantina that offers complimentary snacks and beverages.

The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage is a luxury resort located three miles south of Cathedral City, Palm Springs’ second gayborhood. It’s 5-star all the way from the moment you enter the lobby.

Tucked away on S Camino Real, two miles south of the gay strip is the gay men-only Twin Palms Resort. Initially opened in 1959 as the Brentwood Apartments, it was completely refurbished in 2022 to become an exclusive gay resort.

The outdoor heated pool is where all the action happens; communal showers are also available. There’s a complimentary poolside lunch daily, so why go anywhere else to eat?
