This is a relatively new hotel in the Schöneberg area. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the gay bars and about 20 minutes from Tiergarten. There is a U-Bahn station (Bülowstraße, Lines 2 and 3) a couples of minutes away, and two others just a little bit further for Lines 1 and 4.

Novum Hotel Aldea Berlin Centrum is a no-frills budget hotel. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and quite roomy for a budget city hotel. There are basic amenities like toiletries, TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. The family room, which sleeps five people in five individual single beds, is a very good option for friends traveling on a budget.

There is a pretty good buffet breakfast in the morning and a vending machine for snacks and drinks.
