This Mercure hotel benefits from a great location for gay Berlin. Several gay bars are just a couple of minutes away, including TABASCO Bar, Pinocchio, Tramp’s, Blond, and ToyBoy bar, and everything else is under a 10-minute walk. Nollefendortz Platz U-Bahn station (Lines 1, 2, 3, and 4) is also very close by, and connects easily with most major Berlin attractions.
This 3-star hotel has everything you could possibly want for a convenient central Berlin stay. You can choose between Standard, Superior, and Privilege rooms, all of which are comfortable and relatively spacious. The Superior and Privilege categories come with small extra perks like mineral water, a Senseo coffee machine, and air-conditioning – the latter of which we definitely recommend in the summer, as Berlin can get very hot.
There is a hotel bar that opens until 1 AM and a generous breakfast buffet that represents great value for money. Overall, Mercure Hotel Berlin Zentrum is nothing fancy, but it does have the reliable standard of a chain like Mercure in a unbeatable location for gay Berlin nightlife.
