Men’s Club MEAT gay sauna’s specifically welcoming men aged 20 – 30 and entry will be refused to those who do not meet the rules. The venue offers four floors, Reception & lockers are on the 1st floor, Hunting Zone (2nd Floor), Dark Zone (3rd Floor) and Red Zone (4th Floor).
Open daily from 3 pm to 11:30 pm from Monday to Saturday, and 1 pm to 10 pm on Sunday. With daily themes: Strictly enforced ALL NAKED on Mon, Wed and Fri, TOWEL on Tue, TANK TOP ONLY (no underwear) on Thu, UNDERWEAR on Sat, and JOCKSTRAP on Sunday.
Men’s Club MEAT Sauna entry fee rate is 1,500 Yen ($14 USD) in general and 1,000 Yen ($9 USD) for gym members.

Men’s Club MEAT gay sauna & cruising place for gay men is located about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Nichome gay town Tokyo.
Subway/Metro: The nearest station is Shinjukugyoen-Mae Station on the Marunouchi Line. Take Exit 3 and the sauna is located a 2-minute walk away. Shinjuku-sanchōme Station is also nearby which is served by three lines; Marunouchi Line, Toei Shinjuku Line, and Fukutoshin Line. From the station take exit C8 and Men’s Club MEAT gay sauna is located around a 7-minute walk.
Taxi: Ask for Shinjuku Nichome area 2 of Shinjuku District. While this destination is well known, many taxi drivers don’t speak English so it is recommended to show the driver the address or point to the destination on the map.
