This hotel is a couple of minutes from the main Ni-chome gay village, making it a favorite gay-friendly hotel in Tokyo. It sits in a quiet side street, however, so you don't have to worry about being kept up at night. Shinjuku San-chome station (Fukutoshin, Marunouchi, and Shinjuku lines) is just 3 minutes away. The rooms are fairly basic and the decor is a bit dated, but everything is clean. It's worth noting that the hotel is fairly strict about bringing guests to your room.
