Almost all the gay venues in LA are in West Hollywood (nicknamed WeHo), on either side of the Rainbow Crosswalk on the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and North San Vicente Boulevard. You could literally bar-hop without leaving a half-mile radius.
Some of the gay venues in LA have been there for over 40 years and are well established; some have been refurbed, and new ones are constantly popping up.
WeHo isn’t the only area you’ll find gay venues. A few are to be found in North Hollywood, Silver Sands, and Downtown.
