Sitges’ gay life is concentrated around a few blocks in the city center, and there are plenty of gay-friendly hotels to choose from in the area if you’re here to party. If you love sea views and are in town for the beach, choose a hotel on the promenade. Those who want to enjoy everything Sitges has to offer while still being able to sleep at night should go for something a little removed from the main nightlife area. Most of the hotels in town are independent, ranging from modern boutique spots to more traditional old-fashioned accommodations.
Budget hotels can sometimes be hit and miss, but many of Sitges’ best value accommodations are also some of its most interesting. Many modernist buildings in the old town have been converted into hotels, and many reflect this tradition in the furnishings and decor. Others take a more modern approach, but what all of these boutique hotels have in common is incomparable service, thanks to the helpful and attentive staff that make every guest feel at home.
