Why Gay Men Are Turning Away From Bars, Booze & Apps
Pleasure Medicine: A Revolutionary New Sober Space For GBTQ Men
WHAT IS PLEASURE MEDICINE?
Pleasure Medicine is a new Ecstatic Dance for gay and BTQ men in London who are ready for something radical, new and different.
It’s for every body type, every story, all backgrounds and every shade of human.
A space for gay men to come together away from the bars, the booze, the clubs, drugs and apps to connect in kindness using embodied sensuality and intimacy practices along with pleasure centred conscious dance.
An Ecstatic Dance is a sober, sensitive and soulful space for gay men to connect through music, movement and shared pleasure.
No dance experience is needed - just a willingness to explore joy, vulnerability, intimacy and celebratory sexuality together in a Circle of Safety.
Inspired by creator Gary Albert’s 7-year devotion to embodied dance practices such as 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine and Ecstatic Dance, Pleasure Medicine is his answer to a calling in the gay community.
