ToolBox Bar, nestled on Street 174 near Norodom Boulevard, is Phnom Penh's premier gay venue. Open daily from 6 PM to 2 AM, it boasts a sleek industrial design with a spacious bar, cozy lounge seating, and a pool table. From Tuesday to Saturday, the bar comes alive with electrifying all-male dance shows starting at 10 PM. Happy Hour runs from 6 PM to 9 PM, featuring $1.25 Tiger drafts and $3.00 cocktails.
