One of the USA’s First Gay Bars

Affectionately referred to as The Gay Cheers, Twin Peaks Tavern is one of the longest-running gay bars in the USA. It has a prime location on the corner of Castro and Market, and the panoramic windows make it the ideal setting for watching the action on the street.

It’s open Thursday to Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm and from midday Monday to Wednesday.
