Spa Excess is one of the two saunas in the Church-Wellesley Village gayborhood. It’s on Carlton Street, one block from the Church Street bars. Theme sessions include Bears in Excess, College Night, Latino Night, and Naked Nights. Happy Hours run from 4 pm to 6 pm, and alcohol is served.

Spa Excess is open 24/7, but each entry is for an 8-hour period. The pricing varies by weekday and weekend; college students with valid IDs get a discount. Available rooms range from standard with a bed and a locker, the Sling Room speaks for itself, and there’s even a full suite with a TV (unlimited porn) and a shower.
