The gay nightlife in Principe Real is about a 20-minute walk away, but the Bairro Alto bars are best accessed through public transport. With a direct metro link from Marques de Pombal station, this is easily done.

SANA Capitol Hotel is 10 minutes away from SaunApolo56, Lisbon’s state-of-the-art, “anything goes”, LGBT-friendly mixed sauna. DRAKO Club, a large fetish cruise club, is a short walk from the hotel. So it's not SANA Capital is one of the most booked gay-friendly hotels in Lisbon.
