One block from the Davie Village gayborhood is the Residence Inn by Marriott Vancouver Downtown. It’s four blocks from the ferry pier at False Creek.

The hotel’s 2nd floor has an indoor pool and whirlpool open from 7 am to 10 pm. It also has a fitness center open from 5 am to 10 pm. Buffet breakfast is served daily, and then the kitchen closes. If you’re not using your kitchen, cafes and restaurants are nearby.

In 2020, the rooms at Residence Inn by Marriott Vancouver Downtown underwent a redesign to deliver today’s modern look. The rooms are spacious; lead-ins start at 41sqm. If you’re planning an extended stay, upgrade to a suite with a full kitchen and take advantage of the hotel’s complimentary grocery shopping service to stock up before you arrive. Pets are also welcome.
