La Federica is in the working class neighborhood of Sants-Montjuïc, just south of the Eixample gayborhood and is well-known for it’s high-energy and campy drag shows. The venue sells tapas style food, and has a rotating art exhibition. Rumor on the street is that the handsome bartenders are heavy pourers, especially of their specialty cocktails. Every second Saturday they’re dressed in Sailor-Moon theme.
La Federica is open five nights a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7 pm until 2 am, and 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays it’s open from 4 pm until 1 am.
