Hotel Soho offers exceptional value for money, with excellent 3-star amenities in a perfect location for gay nightlife. The hotel is right in the middle of Gaixample, with most of Barcelona’s gay bars within a 10-minute walk. Some especially nearby venues include Museum Bar, People Lounge, Boys Bar BCN, Sauna Casanova, El Cangrejo, and Versailles.
Urgell metro station (L1) is practically outside the hotel door, providing easy connections to Montjuic, the beaches, and Sagrada Familia. There is an Aerobus (the bus connection to El Prat Airport) a couple of blocks away).
The hotel has a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and prides itself in being gay-friendly – it is very popular with gay travelers. The rooms are on the compact side, but are extremely pleasant and cozy, with simple modern decor and luxurious beds. Both the showers and bathtubs are also excellent. Some of the rooms feature large wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows, making them exceptionally bright and airy, and some have their own private furnished terrace.
Hotel Soho has an awesome pool and terrace area, especially for a 3-star. This space, open only during the summer, is the best place to meet fellow gay travelers staying at the hotel, and also offers lovely views of the city.
