Located a stone’s throw away from Alexanderplatz, this hotel is a perfect base for sightseeing across Berlin. The main square has S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus, and tram connections to the whole city (and beyond), while being surrounded by plenty of buzzy nightlife, great food, and world-class shopping. The best thing is that, since the hotel is not directly on the square, the rooms are quiet and peaceful.
The rooms at Hotel Indigo Berlin Alexanderplatz have a lovely boutique feel to them, which is particularly impressive given the size of the hotel. The decor is minimalist and very modern, with a neutral palette enhanced by bright pops of color.
All rooms have extremely comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The Standard rooms have everything you need for a short stay, or you can upgrade to a Deluxe or Executive room for perks like extra TV channels, a balcony, or an espresso machine.
The breakfast buffet is generous, and the hotel restaurant, La Maison de L’Entrecôte, serves up delicious steaks. The lounge bar is a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, especially the open-air terrace with city views. The hotel also benefits from a good gym and exceptionally speedy WiFi.
