If you’re looking for shirtless muscle boys in Hell’s Kitchen, head on down to the appropriately named FLEX on West 51st Street. One of the new venues in the area it’s quite small, which makes it more intimate; the staff and regulars are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

FLEX is open Mondays to Thursdays, 4 pm to 2 am; Fridays, 4 pm to 4 am; Saturdays, 3 pm to 4 am; and Sundays, 3 pm to 2 am.
