Far Home Gran Via

Far Home is a hostel located just off Gran Via (there are other locations throughout the city). Callao metro station (Lines 3 and 5) is a short walk away and the gay neighborhoods of Chueca and Malasaña are very close. The nearest gay venues are boyberry and Erotic Palace, both popular cruising spots.

The hostel offers both private and dorm rooms. The privates range from an economy single room to a quintuple room, all with private bathroom, making this a very good choice for groups of friends on a budget. The dorms come in 4 and 5-bed rooms with shared bathroom. There are also two-person and three-person suites.

The decor in the hostel can be a bit loud and confusing, but everything is modern and super comfortable. The beds are great, the windows are soundproofed, the lockers in the dorms are spacious, and the communal kitchen well-equipped. As usual with hostels, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
