KL’s Most Popular Gay Bar

BlueBoy Discotheque is Kuala Lumpur’s longest-running gay dance club that offers drag shows. The venue is located in Bukit Bintang (next to Millennium & Copthorne Hotel).

It reopened after Covid as BlueBoy Pub & Restaurant, and still remains a gay highlight in KL.

Music: BlueBoy Pub & Restaurant plays mainstream current pop-top 40 dance music.
Crowd: The venue has a mix of locals and visitors who want to experience the oldest gay venue.
Dress: Comfy, casual until anything that makes yourself look great.

How to get there

Blueboy Discotheque is located in Bukit Bintang surrounding many other bars and clubs.

Taxi: Ask taxi drivers for Millennium & Copthorne Hotel and BlueBoy Discotheque is located right next door.

Metro: Bukit Bintang is the nearest monorail station and it’s around 2 minutes walk to the venue.
