Drag Shows, Chelsea Style

Barracuda Lounge in Chelsea has quite the reputation. First opened in 1995, it was a bohemian bar where celebrities would jump on stage and belt out a show tune or two. Today, this windowless bunker is a well-known drag bar and the home of ‘Star Search,’ the longest-running drag competition in NYC. From 11 pm, the dynamic changes, and DJs get the party going.

Barracuda Lounge's operating hours are simple: daily from 6 pm to 4 am.
