Altra Men SPA & Sauna is Kerobokan’s low-key spot to unplug, reset, and recharge. Tucked away just north of Seminyak, it blends modern design with ancient Indian healing techniques for a proper male-only wellness ritual, far from the usual tourist chaos.

The setup covers all the essentials: a dry sauna, steam room, private treatment rooms, and a chill lounge for hanging out. Sauna doors open at 4:00 PM, and male-to-male massage sessions run daily from 11 AM to 10 PM, making it an easy call for a post-beach cooldown or a pre-night-out refresh.
