Vancouver Gay Bars

Vancouver’s gayborhood is the ideal spot to bar hop without having to travel much distance. The Davie Village gayborhood spans a mere three-block stretch on Davie Street between Jervis and Burrard Streets in Vancouver’s West End, just west of the downtown district.

Within this lively area, there are six Vancouver gay bars to choose from: the Fountainhead is your friendly chill-out bar, while Score on Davie and PumpJack cater to sports fans. For events and drag shows, head to Numbers or 1181 Vancouver. Most bars keep the night alive with DJs spinning energetic dance tracks.

Cocktails in Vancouver gay bars are famously potent, with some establishments guaranteeing 2 oz of liquor in every glass. If you’re looking to pair your drinks with some tasty eats, both the Junction and the Fountainhead Pub offer full-service food menus, making them perfect spots for both sipping and dining.
