At only 60 pesos ($3) to get in, it’s a budget way to have some adult fun. It’s gritty and grimy, the bathrooms aren’t the most pristine, but beer is available to purchase from the snack bar in the lobby. Come on over, the drama awaits!

Spartacus Sauna is in the heart of the Zona Romantica gayborhood and is a trendy hangout. It has all the features of the better bathhouses, including video rooms, communal showers, and a nude sunbathing deck. It’s a massive venue covering four floors.
Unlike some of the saunas in other countries, Spartacus has a strict ‘no rent boy’ policy, which means that everyone you meet there is just like you, money doesn’t change hands.
Spartacus is open daily from mid-afternoon until well into the early morning hours.
