Almar Resort is the most booked adults-only beachfront hotel in the Zona Romantica (Gayborhood) exclusive for LGBT travelers. It’s located on Los Muertos Beach. Gay venues are steps away, but you may not even need to leave the hotel.

This resort has a lot to love, from the gay venue Top Sky Bar on the roof to the Olympic-size infinity pool to the Mantamar Beach Club bar, where international DJs lead beach parties. The fitness center gets busy and takes reservations only.

Two towers contain 134 luxury suites, each with at least a partial ocean view. The suites are bright, spacious, and colorful; some have terraces and hydro baths.
