NYC’s Historic 130yo Bathhouse

Gays looking to soak and steam between bar hopping in the East Village will find the Russian and Turkish Baths very convenient. While not technically a gay bathhouse, there are men-only sessions, so be sure to check the website for the current schedule. It's co-ed the rest of the time, so it’s a lot less cruisy.

The venue contains five saunas and steam rooms, a cold plunge pool, a restaurant, and a roof deck. Treatments like massages and salt scrubs are also available.

Russian and Turkish Baths is open daily, but from 12 pm to 10 pm on weekdays, from 10 am on Saturdays, and 9 am on Sundays.
