The W Fort Lauderdale is across the road from Central Beach and a seven-minute walk south to Sebastian Street (gay) Beach. It’s one of the top-booked luxury gay-friendly hotels in Fort Lauderdale. Who could have guessed?

The fifth floor is where to relax; two pools are open from 9 am to 7 pm. The fitness center is open from 5 am to 10 pm and offers a sunrise yoga class on the beach every morning.

Every room features the legendary W bed, and the views are over the resort or the Atlantic Ocean. Our tip is to upgrade to a suite and get a private jacuzzi in the bathroom.
