This 3-star hotel is located in a quiet area called Manggarai, between Central and South Jakarta. Despite being a bit removed from the main sights, the location is still good for shopping and dining, with the huge Kota Kasablanca shopping center just 20 minutes away. There is a large train station, Manggarai, a short walk from the hotel, serving three of the city's commuter lines.
The hotel is a colorful and vibrant place to stay, with a modern and fun design throughout. From the lobby to the rooms, you are met with a cool monochrome palette of whites, greys, and blacks, offset by the splashes of bright sunny yellow. The rooms are basic but bright, colorful, and comfy.
Despite being a hotel, Yello has some of the fun and social vibe of a hostel. Great unique touches include a Netzone in the lobby with tablets, a Gaming Station, and a Chill Spot with table football, comfy seats, and plenty of spots to plug in your phone. The in-house Wok restaurant is also a great addition, serving 24/7 street-food-inspired dishes (they can even bring your fresh wok dish to your room!).
♥ Fun bright and colorful
♥ Great common spaces for chilling and mingling with other travelers
♥ 24/7 tasty food fresh from the wok
