AC Embassy Hotel (also known as AC Art Museum Hotel) is located in Sanlitun, an easy 20-minute walk away from Destination Club. It's ideally placed on Dongzhimen Outer Street, exactly in between two metro stations, Agricultural Exhibition Center (Line 10) and Dongzhimen (Line 2 and Airport Line). These links provide easy transport to key landmarks in the city, including Tiananmen Square and the National Stadium.
The hotel itself is high-end but slightly old-fashioned (unless lots and lots of marble is your thing). It is also spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Original artwork is featured in every room and common area, and there is even a gallery space with a rotation of works by Chinese artists.
Service is of the standard you would expect for a 4-star hotel. The staff do not always speak fluent English, but are friendly and always happy to help.
