Gay Hotel Benidorm

As the name suggests, Gastrohotel Boutique RH Canfali blends the best of boutique hotel living and high-end gastronomy. The rooms are elegant and simple, with a cream color palette, minimalist furnishings, and tile-pattern wallpaper. The Sea View room with balcony is worth splurging out on, but there are also basic rooms offering a more budget-friendly experience. The hotel restaurant is one of the highlights, serving fusion Mediterranean cuisine and freshly-cooked a la carte breakfast – you can book a half-board stay to make the most of this. There is a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sea views and relax in the hot tub with a cocktail in hand. The hotel has a privileged position right in between Levante and Poniente beaches, with the Old Town gay bars a couple of minutes away.

This gorgeous modern hotel is located right on the Poniente promenade, directly across from the gay-popular end of Poniente beach and under a 5-minute walk from the Old Town gayborhood. The decor is minimalist and contemporary with a subtle marine theme, with even the most basic rooms looking sleek and elegant. The Junior Suites are especially spacious and stylish, and there are some first-rate sea views available. The hotel has two plunge pools overlooking the sea, as well as an excellent spa and a bright, well-equipped gym. The rooftop bar, lobby bar, and restaurant are all impeccably designed and Insta-ready.

Sol Costablanca is an adults-only hotel located directly in front of Levante beach, about a 10-minute walk from the gay bars in the old town. Rooms come in either single or twin and are fairly compact, making this a particularly good option for solo travelers. The decor is simple, with old-fashioned wood furniture and a blue and white color palette, and everything is extremely comfortable. Most of the rooms have at least partial sea views, but we recommend the direct sea view rooms for the full experience. There is a large swimming pool facing the ocean and the breakfast and dinner buffets are particularly generous and varied.

One of Benidorm’s iconic high-rise hotels, Hotel Madeira Centro is located in the city center. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town gay bars, and Levante beach is only 150m away. Rooms are comfortable and simply decorated: we recommend the Basic rooms for budget travelers, while the newly renovated Superior rooms are ideal if you like a sleeker contemporary look. There is both an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool with sundeck, and the fitness room is very well-equipped. The rooftop bar and lounge, Planta20, has some spectacular panoramic views of Benidorm and is a great place to enjoy a drink at sunset.
